• 1.    Go to https://www.embodied-games.com/register/ and fill in the form with an active email account
• 2.    Go to your email address mailbox and activate your account by clicking the url given. If you cannot find our email, please check your spam folders
• 3.    Use your email address or username and password to login to our website

• 1.    Login or Create an embodied-games.com account
• 2.    Purchase a license set (multi user license) for a game
• 3.    Proceed to your 'Classroom' page and click "Create Class" button
• 4.    Fill in the form and choose to assign your licenses automatically or manually
• 5.    You will be directed to a class page that will give you a specific 'Class Enrollment Key' (X-XXXXXX)
• 6.    Share the Class Enrollment Key with members of your classroom.  (It is recommneded that members of the classroom have Embodied Games accounts too)
• 7.    If members of your classroom have Embodied Games accounts they need only input the Class Enrollment Key from their 'Classroom' page.
• 8.    If members of your classroom do not have email addresses to make an account, you as the license owner may hit the "Get URL" button from your created Class Page.  Share this URL and Class Enrollment Key with these members for temporary access.  They will need to input their name (case sensitive) when prompted.

When you want to manage your license sets such as assign new licenses to class members, or redistribute licenses between classes, etc.

• 1.   Navigate to your 'Classroom' page and press the edit button next to the classroom name
• 2.   Check the boxes of the licenses you want to link to your classroom

***Note***

• ·   For some games (i.e. Blindman’s Bluff) we provide detailed reports of the results of the students
• ·   The students need to finish their tests first!
